Prepare your domain
Confirm that you control the domain and review any registrar or registry restrictions that may affect transfer eligibility.
Provide authorization
Where required, obtain the applicable transfer authorization or EPP code from the current registrar.
Primtech reviews the request
We review the transfer details before any registrar-side action is represented as ready to proceed.
Transfer is processed
The domain transfer is monitored until the responsible registrar or registry confirms the final status.
Transfer readiness checklist
A quick review before submitting a transfer request helps reduce avoidable delays.
You have access to the domain owner or administrative contact.
The domain can be unlocked if the responsible registrar requires it.
A transfer authorization or EPP code can be provided where applicable.
Existing DNS, website and email dependencies have been reviewed before transfer.
Controlled before commercial
The transfer experience stays useful without inventing availability, pricing or registrar confirmation.
No false completion
Primtech does not represent a domain as transferred until the responsible registrar or registry confirms it.
Existing services considered
Domain transfer and website, hosting or email migration are treated as separate service activities where necessary.
Provider-neutral workflow
The customer experience is designed around Primtech rather than exposing or permanently binding the account to one upstream provider.
Domain transfer FAQ
Will my website automatically move with the domain?
Not necessarily. A domain transfer changes registrar management. Website, hosting, files, databases and email may require separate migration work.
Will my DNS remain unchanged?
DNS and nameserver settings should be reviewed before transfer. Primtech will not assume that every upstream transfer preserves every configuration in the same way.
Can every domain be transferred immediately?
No. Transfer eligibility can depend on the domain extension, current registrar, registry rules, account status and required authorization.
How will transfer pricing be shown?
Verified commercial pricing will be shown only after Primtech completes the applicable provider and pricing configuration.
Start with a transfer review.
Tell Primtech which domain you want to move. The request remains in enquiry/review status until the applicable transfer path is verified.
